Terms and Conditions.

This is an important notice which affects your legal rights and obligations. Read it carefully and do not complete the required entry or registration forms unless you are satisfied you understand it.

By completing the entry or registration forms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Contract to Participate in Motorcycle and associated activities.


I hereby agree with the persons, organisations and bodies corporate whose names appear in Schedule 1 (hereafter collectively called “the organiser”) that I am by this agreement entitled to participate in the event (hereinafter called, “the event” or “the meeting”) held on date and location shown on the on-line entry form (hereinafter called “the venue” or “venues”) on the terms and conditions set out in this document.  

2. Acknowledgement of risks, dangers and obligations.


I acknowledge that motorcycling is dangerous and that by engaging and participating on a ride or associated activity, I am exposed to certain risks and dangers and am under certain obligations as follows:

a) that I may be injured, physically or mentally, and may be killed;

b) that my machinery or equipment may be damaged, lost or destroyed;

c) that other riders may ride dangerously or with lack of skill;

d) that tracks, terrain and environmental conditions may be hazardous and may vary without warning or predictability;

e) that organisers, officials, landowners/track operators and any agents or representatives of those in charge of rides are frequently obliged to make decisions under pressure of time and/or rides;

f) that any policy of insurance of or in respect of my life or physical or mental health may be avoided;

g) that there may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of me if I am injured;

h) that I have an obligation to myself and to others to participate safely and within the guidelines given to me at any time.  


3. Indemnity given to organisers In consideration of the acceptance of me as an entrant.


I agree to indemnify the organisers and each of them in the following manner:


a) that I participate in this event at my sole risk and responsibility;

b) that I accept all venues as they stand with all or any defects hidden or exposed;

c) that I indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, their respective servants, agents or officials against any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of my death or any injury, loss or damage caused to me or to my machinery or equipment, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other manner whatsoever.  


4. Scrutineering declaration.

I declare that my machine is roadworthy and safe for use in the event, brakes, suspension, steering and exhaust system of my machine are working effectively and that it has no external oil leaks. I acknowledge that my machine may be subjected to random scrutineering checks and that I may be required to repair or cease using my machine if it is found unsafe or unacceptable for any reason.

5. Cancellations, rescheduled events. 

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or alter any event, route or itinerary for any reason. 

Reasons that may lead to an event being cancelled or postponed include, but are not limited to; adverse weather, natural disaster, safety concerns, track/road closures, lack of entries or any other reason that may adversely impact the event and/or safety. 


We will offer you a rescheduled date or transfer the equivalent fee to another event. 


6. Entrant withdrawals, transfers, credits and refunds. 

If for any reason you have to cancel your event booking, notice is to be made in writing to: admin@ride360.org

a) Cancellation fees apply to entry fees in full on notice given prior to event start date as follows:

  • 20% cancellation fee:15 days.or more.  

  • 50% cancellation fee: 8-14 days.

  • 100% cancellation fee: 7 days or less, also see f) below.

  • Where accommodation is not included in overall event fee and paid separately, cancellations will be at the discretion of the Organiser. Venues have different cancellation policies.

  • All refunds incur a 10% admin fee, this is calculated on ticket price prior to applying cancellation fee. 

b) Transfers. 

Participant can transfer to another open event at any time or transfer can be made to another rider, (new entrant will be required to complete a new online registration) in this case an administration fee calculated at 10% of booking fee applies.

Where the organiser has rescheduled an event, the administration fee is not applicable.

c) Credits.

A credit can be applied to your user account for future use of events, credits can be applied as partial or full payment. After a credit has been applied, we will invoice you for any balance. Only payments in full are recognised to secure positions made available (unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing).

d) Plans, subscriptions and memberships.

We do not refund fees for these services if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you believe the included content is not as described in the service description, please contact us.

e) Physical goods:

Where an item is deemed faulty we will replace and ship it at our cost, items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

f) Digital products:

No refunds are given on digital products, including: end user licence agreements (EULA) maps, rider routes or event files. Where an item from this category is delivered as whole or part of an event, and as described in the event description, or within 7 days of commencement of such event, registration is deemed complete and non refundable. 


7. Acceptance of terms & conditions. 

I acknowledge I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions above, also as provided in the Frequently Asked Questions and Privacy Policy available on the Ride360 website.

8. Rights and Obligations.

The Organiser may, at any time, transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to an alternative supplier.

Schedule 1.  

1. All organisers and other participants.  

2. Lead riders, sweep riders and support crews.  

3. All Land owners, leaseholders, property managers.  

4. Sub Contractors, volunteers or vendors.  

5. Accommodation providers. 

It is recommended that you have ambulance cover and appropriate insurance prior to your event participation. This may be very helpful in the unfortunate circumstance that your travel plans change for any reason. Insurance to consider are Roadside Assistance Cover, Full Comprehensive Motorcycle Insurance and Domestic Travel Insurance.
