Hydrate for Mental Health

Ride fitness and hydration isn't just about physical condition.

Remember to keep hydrated to help keep Mentally healthy.


Drinking water and brain function are integrally linked.


Lack of water to the brain can cause numerous symptoms including problems with focus, memory, brain fatigue,headaches, depression, and more.


Our summers can be shockers in Australia, but don't just think it's the only time to reach for the water, if your lips are dry, it's already a sign your not hydrated enough.


Make sure your camel back is full, always have a backup if your heading into suspect areas or away remotely, a simple split hydration pack or just a buggered seal on the lid could see you well and truly stuffed.


There's a few options of personal filters around these days, something simple and easy like the LifeStraw is a good addition to your Adventure kit.
