An Australian-first suicide app was shared from beyondblue today, it's called BeyondNow.
I talk a lot about coping strategies, planning and preventative maintenance, this app hits the spot.
And if you seen my facebook video where I suggested you list your Top5, the last couple of screens on BeyondNow let's you add them directly from your contacts.
You can put as little or as much info as you need, it took me 10minutes to download the app and create my plan. I've included screenshots below,
