Barkbusters BLITZ - FAQ's

We've been smashed with messages and emails about the hugely successful BLITZ Series, so here's a quick update and answers to the most frequently asked questions.


1. Are they on again next year?

Yes, the Barkbusters Handguards BLITZ Series has been confirmed again.


2. Can you put them on a calendar so I can book my leave?

We'll do our best, although with Covid still floating around we can't guarantee accuracy.

3. Do I need to have a current NAVIG8 Plan to register?

No, the BLITZ Rides are for everyone, although plan holders do receive a discount.

4. Are they only in NSW?

At this stage yes, ....we're based in NSW and we have a great mix of trails and tourist attractions that are perfectly suited to the series.


We've had a big request for Vic and SA, so although a complete BLITZ series may not be possible there just yet, we are looking into single events in other states.


5. I haven't used a GPS very much, I'm a bit nervous about holding up the group or even getting lost.

Don't worry about that, it's exactly why the BLITZ Series exists, if you have any questions you can contact us


6. How hard are the rides?

Everyone's idea of difficulty is different, repeated throughout the rides is leaving out the enduro type of tracks and creating big bike friendly offroad adventure touring routes.


7. Will the series be different each year?

The format will remain the same, although some of the locations and routes will vary.


8. Will the entry fee change?

At the request of our customers, entry fee's will mostly include pre-arranged accomodation, some meals and other options. Check each ticket on the event for details.


We're committed to keeping the BLITZ Series affordable for everyone.


9. Do I have to pay when I register?

There are two options.

  • Register via Event SMS, and we'll secure your spot, if you choose this option we'll send you payment details and you can pay anytime prior to 4 weeks before the listed event. This option is only available to members that have previously registered for any of our rides.

  • Select from the event list and register and pay during checkout.

They have hit 90% booking capacity within 48hrs!
